About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead – React Native to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native, mobile architecture, and frontend leadership. In this role, you will lead frontend initiatives, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of scalable and user-centric mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver modern digital banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Leadership
- Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team.
- Define frontend architecture and development standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
Mobile Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness across mobile devices.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with backend teams for API integrations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning.
Performance & Quality
- Optimize application performance and stability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.
- Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development
- 2+ years of experience leading frontend/mobile teams
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native
Technical Skills
