Role Overview:
Innovitics is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability
- Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices
- Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
