Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Frozen Processed Chicken Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Frozen Processed Chicken Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the frozen processed chicken production line. Key tasks include managing the production team, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Production Management skills, including overseeing production lines and managing team operations.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in food processing, especially in frozen processed chicken production.
- Inventory Management and coordination with suppliers to ensure steady supply chain operations.
- Inspection and auditing skills to uphold operational efficiency and product quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry is a plus.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Business Management, or related field.
