Noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon

launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February

2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-

commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end Fulfillment Center operations across Inbound, Stores, Outbound, Quality, and Inventory.
• Drive capacity, productivity, quality, cost, and service-level performance.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower deployment, and operational scheduling.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Central Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to deliver business targets.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or supply chain management or a similar role
• Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Strong experience in large-scale operations and people management.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in performance management and process improvement.
• Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company
