Job Summary
Manages the replenishment process to ensure timely availability of products. Manages the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Coordinates with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations. Analyzes data to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Resolves any issues that arise during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Corrects history and develops the 18-month rolling 12NC baseline forecast.
- Maintains master data and planning parameters according to the guidelines defined by the RSIM and prepares intake plans for the full planning horizon.
- Releases POs as per supply plan and reviews supply versus PO and vendor confirmation, owning the MTS/MTO PO fulfillment cycle from requisition to availability at customer facing location.
- Ensures availability, quality, and consistency of the planning parameters for the product portfolio plan.
- Identifies and shares with RSIM and FFP planning lead Business changes to MTS/MTO supply plan or potential risks/opportunities.
- Executes PIPO process according to input from NPI manager.
- Works with suppliers (internal or external) to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any issues.
- Analyzes fulfillment performance and proposes cost-saving initiatives and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Enhances operational efficiency on the volume/frequency of the replenishment.
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors and resolves issues as needed.
- Reviews availability outlook and inventory quality, escalates issues detected and proposes improvement activities.
Critical Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field but with experience in SC/Logistics
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management, with a focus on demand forecasting and supplier collaboration.
