Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Ocean Gate's fulfillment services to GCC e-commerce sellers and international companies. The candidate must be confident, active, talkative, and able to search for clients, contact them, explain the service clearly, follow up, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Ocean Gate fulfillment services, including storage, pick and pack, delivery, COD collection, returns, and shipping to Iraq.
- Search for new potential clients in the GCC market, especially UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Contact e-commerce brands and online sellers through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Generate new leads daily and update the CRM.
- Understand client needs and offer the right logistics solution.
- Follow up with prospects until the deal is closed.
- Prepare and send quotations or proposals.
- Arrange calls and meetings with interested clients.
- Handle client objections related to price, delivery, COD, storage, and operations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and operations team for client onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, fulfillment, e-commerce, or 3PL is preferred.
- Very good communication and persuasion skills.
- Must be talkative, confident, active, and comfortable speaking with new clients.
- Strong ability to generate leads and follow up.
- Good at headhunting and finding potential clients online.
- Sales-driven personality with motivation to close deals.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills.
- Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
- Able to work under targets and pressure.
