Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the fulfillment sales team, building a strong sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals with GCC e-commerce companies and international clients. The candidate must be a strong hunter, confident closer, and able to manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly order and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales and order targets.
  • Develop sales strategies for fulfilment, 3PL, warehousing, COD, delivery, and shipping services.
  • Target GCC e-commerce brands, online sellers, distributors, and international companies.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls, referrals, and market research.
  • Train the sales team on pitching, follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, CRM updates, calls, meetings, quotations, and closed deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support the team in closing large or strategic clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance to management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, shipping, or 3PL is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Good experience in headhunting and finding potential clients.
  • Sales-driven personality and ability to work under targets.
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, email outreach, and sales follow-up.
