Core Responsibilities

• Order Verification: Reviewing and verifying order accuracy regarding specific products, colors, and quantities before dispatch.
• Premium Packaging: Packing products strictly according to WOROOD's upscale brand packaging standards to maintain a professional customer experience.
• Dispatch & Courier Handover: Affixing shipping labels accurately, handing over daily shipments to couriers on time, and tracking shipments with Operations Specialists.
• Inventory Control: Partnering closely with the warehouse team to quickly report and resolve any product stock discrepancies.
• Returns Management: Receiving customer returns and preparing items for quality control inspection.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Job Dynamics

• Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred, ideally in the fashion or luxury goods sector.
• Skills: High attention to detail, basic computer proficiency for managing order tracking systems, and the physical stamina required for packing and moving inventory.
• Work Structure: These positions are located at their operational base in New Cairo. They generally run on a 5-day work week, often requiring rotational shifts on Thursdays and Saturdays.
