Noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon

launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February

2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-

commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across Inbound, Inventory, and Outbound activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance while ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as Productivity, SLA, Quality, and Safety.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate manpower allocation based on workload and business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational waste.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment operations experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven track record in performance management and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
