What you'll do:
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines and within TAT
- Determine, track and Drive most important warehouse KPIs to achieve company's objective of performance and cost
- Shift Management and reporting of KPIs to senior management
- Demonstrate an understanding the ERP functions and report to maximize output and efficiency
- Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices
- Plan and assign daily work,
- Address performance issues and improving productivity on the floor
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop project program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant
- Stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Excel, Big Query and Python; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Data Studio)
