Fulfilment Supervisor

Role Objectives:

The Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for the direct, shift-level supervision of Pickers and Packagers supporting Breadfast Shops. The role ensures the Fulfillment Lead fulfillment plans, pick/pack standards, and capacity targets are executed accurately on the warehouse floor each shift, coordinating in real time to keep order preparation on track and resolving day-to-day issues before they escalate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations

• Supervise shift-level picking and packing execution, ensuring Pickers and Packagers meet accuracy and productivity targets.
• Monitor real-time order preparation progress, intervening directly on delays, backlogs, or quality issues.
• Ensure Pickers and Packagers follow product handling, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Oversee proper stock handling and organized storage within the assigned fulfillment area during the shift.
• Hand over completed orders to the Logistics team accurately and on schedule.

Team Coordination

• Directly supervise and coach Pickers and Packagers, ensuring consistent execution across shifts.
• Manage shift attendance, coverage, and real-time reassignment of Pickers/Packagers as needed.
• Act as the first point of escalation for Pickers and Packagers on operational issues.
• Reinforce standards, discipline, and performance expectations set by the Fulfillment Lead.

Reporting

• Report shift-level performance (order accuracy, pick/pack productivity, cycle time, incidents) to the Fulfillment Lead.
• Flag recurring issues, risks, or trends observed during shifts for the Fulfillment Lead attention.
• Maintain accurate shift handover and incident records.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or order preparation, with prior
• experience coordinating or leading teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and real-time problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and motivating large, diverse frontline teams.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including peak periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts, pick/pack workflows, and WMS tools.
• High attention to detail with a strong quality and accuracy focus.
