Job Description:
1. Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
2. Hands-on development using Java and React/React Native to set architectural standards and demonstrate best practices.
3. Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our projects. Make recommendations for technology adoption and integration and development.
4. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for the development team. Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Implement architectural patterns and strategies to handle increased loads.
6. Implement security measures to protect data and applications. Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and coding standards.
8. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment of technical solutions with product requirements and user needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Architect with expertise in Java, React, and React Native.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Micro Services architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor team members
