About the Role
We're seeking talented and motivated Full-Stack Developers to join our growing digital team in Dubai. You'll work on exciting, high-visibility projects that blend performance, design, and scalability. Our ideal candidate is passionate about crafting SEO-friendly, high-performing web applications and has hands-on experience with frontend + backend development, cloud deployments, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend & backend).
- Build and optimize SEO-friendly and mobile-responsive web pages.
- Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / DigitalOcean).
- Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, email APIs, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-focused interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and version control (Git).
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve code quality, architecture, and UX.
Required Skills & Experience
- 34+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React / Next.js) and backend frameworks (Node.js or Python).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
- Proven experience with SEO best practices for modern web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and email APIs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.).
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles.
- Strong debugging, optimization, and version control (Git) skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in fast-paced startups or international teams.
- Understanding of TypeScript, Docker, or serverless architecture.
- Awareness of data privacy and security practices.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
