Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack + Laravel)

Role Overview:

A skilled Full Stack Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack, along with working knowledge of Laravel (PHP framework). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies and capable of delivering high-quality, performance-driven applications.

Job Description:

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Build responsive and intuitive UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.

Work with and maintain applications built using Laravel (PHP).

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Atleast 58 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

Working knowledge of Laravel (PHP framework) and MVC architecture.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and PHP fundamentals.

Experience with Next.js and API integrations.

Understanding of RESTful services and JSON-based APIs.

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Basic understanding of performance optimization techniques.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to have skills:

Experience with TypeScript and Redux / Context API.

Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.

Exposure to AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library).

Experience working in hybrid tech environments (Node.js + PHP).
