We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with hands-on experience in the TAMM ecosystem, Abu Dhabi's unified government services platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy digital government services on the TAMM ecosystem
- Build scalable backend APIs and microservices using Node.js (Express.js / Hapi.js)
- Develop frontend applications using ReactJS
- Design BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler
- Write unit tests using Jest with 80% or higher code coverage
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Monitor and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines
- Manage the full release lifecycle including testing, approvals, and deployment
- Collaborate with project managers and government stakeholders on project delivery
- Optimize API performance and maintain platform dependencies
Requirements
- 58+ years of full stack development experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- 23+ years of hands-on TAMM ecosystem experience (mandatory)
- Strong backend expertise including API design, microservices architecture, and database schema design
- Experience with Camunda BPM, Redux, Redis, Socket.io, and GraphQL
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Kibana for log analysis and ServiceNow for incident management
- Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Ability to lead small teams, review code, and manage releases
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Elasticsearch and advanced Kibana monitoring
- Experience with platform migration or large-scale version upgrades
- Knowledge of SFTP integration and Azure Service Bus
