Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to join us on a full-time basis and play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling this platform. This is not a generic development role. You will be embedded directly in the product build, working alongside AI tools and internal stakeholders to deliver a bespoke software solution that will define how the company operates for years to come.

You will need to be as comfortable discussing UX flows and front-end architecture as you are configuring APIs, managing databases, and deploying scalable back-end infrastructure. Crucially, you bring demonstrated experience building custom, production-grade software, not just contributing to existing codebases.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Design and develop the full architecture of a proprietary multi-module software platform encompassing ATS, CRM, Payroll, HR, and Travel Management functionality.

▸ Build and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration across all modules.

▸ Leverage AI development tools - including Claude Code and other LLM-assisted workflows - to accelerate build quality and efficiency.

▸ Architect and implement robust REST and/or GraphQL API integrations with third-party services and internal systems.

▸ Own the deployment pipeline: CI/CD configuration, environment management, and production releases.

▸ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.

▸ Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks, presenting clear solutions with speed and pragmatism.

▸ Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.

▸ Contribute to infrastructure decisions including cloud hosting, security, and data management.

▸ Ensure the platform is built to scale - not just for today's needs, but for future growth and feature expansion.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

▸ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.

▸ Demonstrable portfolio of custom-built, deployed, and scaled software products - this is non-negotiable.

▸ Proven front-end proficiency: React, Next.js, Vue, or equivalent modern frameworks.

▸ Proven back-end proficiency: Node.js, Python, or similar; RESTful and/or GraphQL API design.

▸ Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

▸ Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tooling.

▸ Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools - specifically Claude Code or comparable LLM coding tools.

▸ Experience integrating third-party APIs and building complex, data-driven applications.

▸ Understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, microservices, serverless, etc.).

▸ Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).

 

HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS

▸ Previous experience building or contributing to ATS, CRM, Payroll, HR Management, or Travel Management software or similar type of softwares.

▸ Familiarity with Anthropic's Claude API or other LLM API integrations.

▸ Experience working in lean, startup-style environments where ownership and autonomy are expected
