Full Stack Engineer

1957 Ventures is a Venture Capital and Venture Builder backed by Riyad Bank, focused on early-stage fintech in Saudi Arabia and MENA.

We work with founders from zero to one: validating ideas, building MVPs, and scaling fintech products. You'll join a small, hands-on team where you can actually influence what gets built and how.

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own features end-to-end and shape the technical direction of one of our startups. You'll work across the stack, from UI to infrastructure, and help us ship secure, reliable software that people trust with their money.

What you'll do

Design, build, and ship features across front-end and back-end.

Own technical design and architecture for key components and services.

Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into scoped, shippable work.

Review code, mentor others, and raise the bar on engineering practices.

Keep our apps fast, secure, observable, and stable in production.

Integrate with fintech providers (payments, banking APIs, KYC/AML, etc.).

Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure when needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack experience, ideally in startups or fintech.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end framework skills (React, Angular, or Vue; React preferred).
• Solid back-end experience with Node.js
