Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer with strong fundamentals and curiosity. You'll work across back-end systems, APIs, data, and front-end components while learning how large-scale AI-enabled platforms are built.
Responsibilities
- Develop back-end services using Python (and optionally C++ / Go)
- Design and consume REST APIs
- Work with relational databases and schema design
- Build front-end components and interfaces
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Participate in system design discussions
- Learn and apply performance optimization techniques
- Collaborate closely with AI and back-end engineers
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in back-end and full-stack technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with C++ and/or Go (preferred)
- Solid understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Design principles and clean code
- Strong skills in relational databases: PostgreSQL (preferred), MySQL (plus)
- Strong skills in document and key-value databases: MongoDB (preferred), RocksDB (plus)
- Understanding of: REST and HTTP/HTTPS, Authentication and JWT
- Experience or exposure to: React, Node.js, Flutter
- Knowledge of: Message queues and Async systems: e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc, API integrations, Google Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)
- Basic understanding of: Distributed systems, Network protocols, Performance tuning and optimization
Nice to Have
- Linux and DevOps exposure
- Interest in AI systems
- Experience with microservices or event-driven systems
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
