Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong application development skills and hands-on experience in AI-assisted coding. The role involves building scalable web applications, developing APIs, and integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications and APIs.
• Build responsive frontends using React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend services using Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Develop microservices, system integrations, and data solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini Code Assist to improve development productivity.
• Apply prompt engineering and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities, including RAG, chatbots, and AI agents.
• Implement automated testing, secure coding, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and monitor applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one backend technology: Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, system integration, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Agile development, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and RAG.
• Exposure to at least one GenAI platform, such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience delivering GenAI applications, RAG solutions, chatbots, or AI agents.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
