Job Summary
The Full Stack Engineer leads integration efforts for complex data platforms, managing vendor coordination, defining interface specifications, and ensuring data quality and system readiness for seamless multi-party program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain interface specifications and integration frameworks for inbound and outbound data sources in collaboration with architects
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with System Integrators and vendors to resolve integration issues and align technical requirements
- Manage and oversee integration processes across subsystems within the data platform, BFG, and connected systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Track integration progress across all subsystems and vendors, proactively identifying and escalating risks or delays to project management
- Coordinate integration working groups with System Integrators to ensure technical readiness before each integration milestone
- Develop and own comprehensive integration test plans, including defining test scope, acceptance criteria, and sign-off procedures across all data sources and subsystems
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing with System Integrators and vendors to validate system functionality prior to milestone deployment
- Validate data completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance across integrated data flows to uphold data quality standards
- Escalate and resolve integration and quality issues promptly across multiple vendors to maintain project timelines and deliverables
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems integration or full stack engineering for large-scale data or technology platforms
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration involving multiple vendors and subsystems in complex, multi-party program environments
- Experience defining interface specifications, integration frameworks, and test plans for data platforms
- Strong expertise in data quality dimensions including completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance, with hands-on experience designing and executing integration test plans
- Skilled in coordinating cross-team integration testing involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with data platform tooling such as Databricks or equivalent
- Experience delivering projects in government or highly regulated environments
- Experience managing comparable data platform projects internationally, at city-level or above, beyond the Singapore market
- Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or comparable platforms
