The Tech Stack We Need:

• Backend Mastery: 5+ years with Node.js and Python, focusing on high-concurrency microservices.
• Frontend Excellence: Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript for building data-heavy AI dashboards.
• AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI API) and vector databases.
