NextMatch AI is an agile, high-growth technology platform redefining the global recruitment and immigration landscape through proprietary AI. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to serve as a technical anchor in the UAE.

In this role, you will be a key individual for global liaison, coordinating daily with our elite engineering squads in Toronto and Los Angeles to scale our matching infrastructure for the GCC market.

• Backend Mastery: 5+ years of experience with Node.js and Python for building scalable, high-concurrency microservices.
• Frontend Excellence: Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript for creating high-fidelity, data-rich AI dashboards.
• AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI API) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Infrastructure: A Security-First approach to AWS/Azure cloud deployments and international data privacy standards.
