Tharwah Technologies is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own features end-to-end, integrate Generative AI capabilities into our platforms, and build robust, scalable applications across our entire stack.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can work across the entire application stack — from designing robust backend services and APIs to building responsive, modern frontend interfaces. You will own features end-to-end, integrate Generative AI capabilities into our platform, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to ship impactful products.

Our core stack is C#/.NET Core on the backend and Angular on the frontend, backed by PostgreSQL. This role requires someone equally comfortable building scalable APIs and crafting polished user experiences, with hands-on experience integrating LLM-powered features into production systems.

What You Will Do

Backend:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core.

• Architect microservices for scalability, resilience, and observability.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases) to deliver intelligent product features.

Frontend:

• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Angular.

• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, component-based frontend code with modern CSS (Tailwind, SCSS, or similar).

• Manage frontend state, routing, and API integration to deliver seamless user experiences.

Cross-Cutting:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and AI teams to define technical requirements.

• Establish and enforce code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-level engineering standards.

• Help shape CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production systems.

• Strong backend proficiency in C#/.NET Core, including API design and service architecture.

• Solid frontend experience with Angular (strong React experience considered), including component architecture, state management, and responsive design.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI integration (e.g., Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, embeddings, or vector databases).

• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar); familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and containerization with Docker.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), and Git-based workflows.

• Experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications, with hands-on experience in mobile app development

• Strong grasp of software architecture, distributed systems, and API design principles.

• Solid experience with design patterns (e.g., Repository, CQRS, Mediator), architecture patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven), and SOLID principles applied to real-world system design.

• Proven experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate development productivity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, well-structured technical designs.

• Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Additional backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Java (Spring Boot).

• Production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.

• Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience with video streaming technologies (WebRTC, HLS, DASH, or media servers).

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with security testing (e.g., OWASP practices, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing).

• Understanding of AI-powered content personalization or recommendation systems.

• Credentials or demonstrable expertise in AI tooling and prompt engineering.

• Contributions to open-source projects in AI, backend, or frontend tooling.

• Arabic language proficiency.
