Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. We are looking for candidates who can join within 0-30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Code Quality: Ensure code quality through writing unit tests, integration tests, and following best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the deployment of applications and monitor their performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Leadership skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tools and libraries like Redux, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
