The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Full-Stack Digital Media & Content Producer to own and elevate P4ML's digital and visual presence in the Middle East.

You are a creative generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments. You don't just manage agencies; you are the agency. You have the versatility to build a sleek landing page in the morning, shoot and edit a high-quality podcast in the afternoon, and design engaging social media graphics by evening. You will be the primary visual storyteller for our high-profile public wellness activations, turning live events into compelling, highly documented digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Web & Digital: Build, update, and maintain activation-specific landing pages, microsites, and digital hubs (using platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace).
• Social Media Management: Own the end-to-end strategy, creation, and publishing of content across P4ML's Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn channels.
• Podcast Production: Manage the full lifecycle of our audio/video podcast, including studio setup, recording, editing, and publishing episodes featuring sports science experts and wellness leaders.
• Photography & Videography: Serve as the primary on-site shooter at live events, capturing high-quality B-roll, event highlights, speaker sessions, and community engagement.
• Graphic Design: Create rapid-turnaround digital assets, speaker cards, and social media templates using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Portfolio is King: A strong, verifiable showreel or portfolio demonstrating excellence in web design, video editing, photography, and social media management.
• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, content production, or media, preferably within the events, sports, wellness, or lifestyle sectors in the UAE.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Canva/Adobe Illustrator, basic web builders, and podcasting software (e.g., Rodecaster, Descript, or Adobe Audition).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (Fully attested degree required).
• Mindset: Highly autonomous, resourceful, and capable of delivering polished, premium work under tight, live-event deadlines.
