Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Full Stack Senior Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support crypto mining operations, monitoring, and client interfaces. Responsibilities include implementing robust back-end services and APIs, building responsive and accessible front-end user interfaces, and integrating systems with data centers, monitoring dashboards, and internal tools. The Senior Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance and security, and ensure reliability and maintainability of deployed systems. The role also includes code review, mentoring less experienced developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and continuously improving the technology stack and development practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development skills, including experience bridging front-end and back-end systems to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with a focus on responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including designing APIs, working with databases, and building secure, scalable services.
• Demonstrated experience in modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices for production-grade applications.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization; exposure to high-availability or real-time systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in blockchain, crypto mining, or data center environments is an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in building large-scale software applications
• Experience in building web applications
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Experience in unit/integration testing
