Full Stack supervisor / Software Developer Supervisor (C .NET & AI)
Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead / Developer Supervisor to guide our engineering team, drive application architecture, and build cutting-edge AI/LLM integrations.
Core Role Requirements & Tech Stack:
- Leadership & Delivery: 2+ years leading/mentoring software developers, conducting code reviews, driving Agile/Scrum processes, and coordinating execution.
- Backend Mastery: 4+ years of expert hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Frontend Expertise: Strong working knowledge of React or Angular for building scalable web applications.
- Database Management: Deep proficiency with PostgreSQL or SQL Server database design and query optimization.
- AI & LLM Integration: Practical experience integrating AI models, LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), or AI coding assistants into production apps.
- DevOps & Quality: Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit testing, and production troubleshooting.
- Language & Communication:Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken) for technical alignment and documentation.
