Overview
We're hiring a full-stack web developer with strong experience in Next.js and NestJS to join our team for ongoing B2B and B2C web applications.
You'll work in a small, high-performing team building scalable, production-grade systems. Many of our current and upcoming projects include AI-powered features, so experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or OCR is a strong advantage.
We're looking for a long-term collaborator someone who takes ownership and builds clean, maintainable systems.
What You'll Work On
- Modern web applications using Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Backend APIs and services using NestJS
- Authentication, role-based access, and multi-tenant systems
- AI-powered features (document parsing, semantic search, knowledge assistants)
- Integration with third-party APIs and services
- Production deployment and scaling
Projects range from internal enterprise platforms to customer-facing SaaS systems.
Required Skills
- Strong production experience with Next.js
- Strong backend experience with NestJS
- REST API design and implementation
- Database experience (PostgreSQL preferred; experience with Prisma is a plus)
- Auth systems (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
- Experience deploying full-stack applications (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Docker)
Strong Plus (AI Experience)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- Embeddings and semantic search
- OCR pipelines for document ingestion
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
You don't need to be an AI researcher but you should understand how these systems are built and integrated into real products.
