Full Time Faculty- IT & Business Management

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full-Time Faculty member specializing in IT & Business Management, based in Riyadh, KSA. The faculty member will be responsible for designing, delivering, and updating IT and Business Management curricula, conducting lectures and workshops, and mentoring students. The role involves creating academic assessments, staying updated on advancements in technology and business practices, and participating in institutional events, research activities, and collaborative projects. Faculty members will also work closely with industry partners to align courses with global employment trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Information Technology and Computer Science OR Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Cybersecurity OR Finance
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, with a focus on real-world applications
• Effective communication and mentoring skills
• Minimum of a Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred
• Proven teaching or training experience in higher education or professional programs
• Familiarity with global qualification frameworks and international education standards
