Key Responsibilities
Assist senior hair stylists in preparing clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, and providing scalp massages.
Learn and practice various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Observe and participate in consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
Support senior stylists in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
Handle the mixing and application of hair color, highlights, and other chemical treatments under supervision.
Assist in blow-drying, curling, and straightening hair to achieve the desired look.
Learn and apply various hair care and styling products as recommended by senior stylists.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and hair care techniques through continuous training and professional development.
Ensure excellent customer service by attending to client needs and questions in a friendly and professional manner.
Comply with salon safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
