We are looking for a female senior hairdresser with more than 8 years of experience with hairdressing qualifications. The main responsibility of the Senior Stylist is to provide excellent hair results in an extraordinary environment. Develop her knowledge through training. Suggest the salon's customers products and tools to cover all of their hair needs through her great communication skills.
Technical skills
Consultation & Client Care
Ability to conduct professional client consultations
Recommending home-care routines and retail products
Maintaining hygiene, sanitization, and workstation standards
Clear communication and understanding of client needs and expectations
Cutting & Styling
Precision hair cutting for all lengths and hair types
Advanced blow-dry techniques, including volume, sleek, and beach waves
Updos and occasion styling
Hair Coloring
Professional application of full head and root colors
Balayage, ombré, highlights, lowlights, and color melting
Toner mixing and glossing
Corrective colouring and hair colour consultation
Hair Treatments
Application of keratin, Botox, Olaplex, protein and deep conditioning treatments
Hair damage control and reconstruction knowledge

Pay: Up to AED14,000.00 per month
