We are a high-end Men's Barbershop looking for a Female Nail Care Specialist with some expertise in doing Facials.
Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized experience with commercial success whilst representing the spa in a professional and hospitable way.
Build long term relationships with the customers to maximize return customers through consistent service excellence and provide exceptional after sales service as required.
Acknowledge, approach and establish customers needs by asking open ended questions.
Qualifications And Experience
High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
Experience working as a nail technician in a luxury establishment
Previous Experience in a men's salon
Qualification in both manicures and pedicures
Retail experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques
Strong customer service skills
Ability and willingness to learn and acquire strong product knowledge and retail methodology
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Articulate communication skills
Team player
Detail-oriented and patient
Meticulous
Empathy
Self-motivated
Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of Arabic or French language is an advantage
She must have an NOC and a valid QID.
