we are looking for a salon manager to be responsible for our day to day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This process includes, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, scheduling appointments, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
Hire, train, and manage salon staff, including , therapists ,receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service.
Manage the salon supplies, products, and equipment inventory, dealing with suppliers,, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustment.
