  • Root Cause Attribution: Conduct deep-dive investigations into DEM trends, building audit frameworks to distinguish between systemic sync errors, process non-compliance, and physical shrinkage.
  • PMO & Strategic Execution: Act as the Project Management Office for stock balancing and DEM initiatives, setting clear targets for the operations team and managing timelines.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Lead regular reviews with Warehouse leads to calibrate operational performance against KPIs, ensuring a unified approach to inventory integrity.
  • Strategy alignment: Design multi-warehouse stock allocation logic to strategically distribute inventory across the network based on regional demand signals and lead times to improve inventory coverage.
  • Data modeling: Develop dynamic safety stock modeling that accounts for lead time variability and demand volatility to prevent stockouts while optimizing inter-warehouse transfer logic to rebalance inventory across the network, minimizing transportation costs while maximizing fill rates.
  • Financial stewardship and budgetary control: Manage the stock transfer and DEM compensation value to remain within the allocated budget, performing financial tracking, monthly reporting and aligning with senior management on projections.
  • Decision-making & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Identify key decision points throughout each stage of the business and conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis to guide decisions on warehouse stock balancing and DEM management.

Requirements:

  • 3â€7 years of experience, ideally in strategic planning, network design, supply chain strategy, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills: capable of scenario building, forecasting, and interpreting business impact through numbers
  • Strong numerical acumen with good understanding on key drivers
  • Creative and critical thinker who can challenge the status quo and explore more efficient operating models
  • Able to connect the dots between spreadsheet numbers and on-the-ground operations
  • Strong English communications skills in both written (e.g. strategy decks) and verbal (e.g. cross-functional meetings)
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
