Job Description

Purpose of job:

To assist in performing functional consulting services related to ITS core products and that includes projects implementations.

Key Work:

To assist in project scope definition
To examine the client business and assist in defining what the system should do in his area of expertise
To assist in defining the client technical, interfacing, and operational requirements and constrains from business aspects
To assist in developing implementation plans
To assist seniors in advising the client on means to close requirements and application gaps and to assist in providing information and knowledge about the system under implementation
To participate in system testing
To assist in providing post implementation functional support
To assist in presales activities including demos, workshops, conferences and proposals.
To ensure adherence to ITS internal procedures regarding Quality and Knowledge Management
