Oversee day-to-day operational requirements of the Single-Family Office, including middle-office coordination.
Assist with investment administration, funds transfer and corporate actions.
Assist in complying with all regulatory, monitoring and accounting requirements.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date trade documentation and proper records to meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain book-keeping accounts in liaison with external accounting/audit providers etc. In this respect, familiarity with accounting software like XERO would be useful.
Coordinate with external vendors including private banks, auditors, tax & legal advisors.
Help prepare investment materials, proposals and working papers for all meetings including investment review meeting and management meetings.
Minutes-taking during all meeting.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks which may include but not limited to administrative duties as assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma education qualification in accounting/bookkeeping/ banking & finance at an accredited program.
Minimum 2 years of administrative, accounting, operational and/or financial experience at a family office Private Bank/Wealth Management work experience preferred but not required.
He/she must be committed, willing to learn and is detail oriented.
He/she must also be a self-starter, highly organized, able to work independently and as a team player with minimal training/guidance.
Strong business acumen and must be fluent in the English language (reading, writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) accounting software Xero is preferred but not required.
