Our client, a well-established Wealth Management & Financial Advisory firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Fund Manager to lead and oversee investment funds in line with the firm's investment strategy, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a seasoned investment professional with a strong governance mindset and deep regional regulatory knowledge
Key Responsibilies
- Manage day-to-day investment activities across one or more funds
- Construct and oversee portfolios, asset allocation, and performance monitoring
- Ensure full compliance with fund documentation, DFSA regulations, DIFC framework, and internal policies
- Conduct investment research, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Fund Administrators, Custodians, and Auditors
- Liaise with regulators and external service providers as required
- Support fund launches, restructuring initiatives, and investor onboarding
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in fund management, asset management, or investment advisory
- Proven track record managing private funds
- Strong understanding of DFSA regulations and DIFC regulatory framework
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and performance oversight
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, MBA (preferred
