Role Overview:

We are seeking a Fund Raising Manager with an active, demonstrable network across Private Equity funds, family offices, sovereign-linked investors, and institutional capital providers.

This role is not for relationship builders in theory. It is designed for a professional who already operates inside PE and institutional investor ecosystems, understands how investors evaluate risk, governance, control, and returns, and can originate and advance capital discussions independently.

You will be responsible for engaging sophisticated capital partners and positioning complex PE-style investment opportunities across multiple structures and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Origination & Investor Engagement

Originate and manage fund-raising discussions with:

Regional and international Private Equity funds

Family offices aligned with PE-style investing

Sovereign and quasi-sovereign investment arms

Institutional investors and structured capital providers

Investment Positioning

Effectively position and present PE-style investment opportunities, including:

Platform investments

Minority-with-control structures

Buy-and-build strategies

Special situations and distressed opportunities

End-to-End Fund-Raising Execution

Lead the full fund-raising lifecycle:

Targeted investor outreach and qualification

Deal positioning and investor alignment

Coordination of investor due diligence processes

Support through term sheet negotiation and closing

Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with PE investors, co-investment partners, and capital allocators

Develop repeat-investor and co-investment pipelines

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in fund raising, capital advisory, PE investor relations, or institutional capital sourcing

Existing, active investor network across PE funds, family offices, or sovereign-linked entities (mandatory)

Strong understanding of:

Private Equity deal structures

Governance and control mechanisms

Return profiles and investor expectations

Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Experience working with complex or non-standard investment situations is highly preferred
