About Foran Delivery

Foran Delivery is a fast-growing quick-commerce platform delivering groceries and essentials within minutes in Pakistan. We are currently operating in a growing town, showing strong month-on-month growth, and preparing to raise our seed round ($3M) to expand into major cities across Pakistan.

We're looking for an experienced Fundraising Partner / Investment Advisor who can help us successfully close our upcoming funding round. This role is 100% success-based with a cash reward upon successful funding.

Role Overview

We are seeking a well-connected fundraising professional who understands venture capital, angel networks, and startup financing in Pakistan, GCC, or global markets. Your primary goal will be to help Foran Delivery secure investment and close our seed round.

This role is ideal for someone with strong investor relationships who prefers performance-based compensation and wants to work closely with a fast-moving founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Foran Delivery's fundraising strategy
  • Introduce and connect us with VCs, angel investors, and family offices
  • Refine pitch deck, financial model, and investor narrative
  • Manage investor outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Support negotiations and help close the funding round
  • Provide strategic guidance on valuation and deal structure

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience raising funds for startups (SeedSeries A+)
  • Strong network with investors in Pakistan, MENA, or global markets
  • Background in venture capital, investment banking, or startup advisory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Founder-friendly and execution-focused

Compensation

  • Success-based cash reward upon closing funding
  • Percentage or fixed success fee can be mutually agreed
  • Potential long-term advisory relationship with Foran Delivery
