LightEdge Asset Management (LEAM) is an investment manager focused on an absolute-return objective across global markets. We are hiring a proven Fund Raiser to lead capital formation and grow assets under management from USD 100m to USD 300m. This is a hands-on role with no team to manage.
The Role
You will own the full fundraising lifecycle end-to-end:
- Originate, qualify, and close new investors for the LightEdge Fund
- Lead investor engagement: outreach meetings pitch follow-up
- Coordinate subscriptions/onboarding with our internal and external service providers
- Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting cadence
What We're Looking For (Non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to raise capital personally for hedge funds / liquid alternatives / asset management(not only introductions)
- Recent closes you can explain clearly (anonymized), including ticket size ranges and your exact role in closing
- You can consistently place USD 12m tickets; the fund accepts a minimum subscription of USD 250,000.
- Strong credibility and access across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family Offices, and Institutions
- Comfortable operating independently with high output and strong follow-through
- Process-driven approach (pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, clear next steps)
- High integrity and professionalism in investor communications, with strong compliance awareness
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- A consistent, growing pipeline of serious investors across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family Offices, and Institutions
- Multiple active due-diligence processes running in parallel at any time (typical range: 510, depending on ticket size)
- Net new AUM with strong retention (long-term capital, not short-term flows).
