About The Team
You'll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What to expect
- Develop and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies aligned with JD Property long-term financial goals and business expansion plans.
- Identify and build relationships with investors: proactively source and cultivate relationships with potential equity partners to expand the JDP overseas development's investor network and secure capital commitments.
- Represent JD Property in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, effectively articulating the company's value proposition, growth potential, and financial performance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of capital raises, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, corporate development, and business units, to ensure alignment on fundraising objectives and provide necessary information.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive landscape to inform capital raising strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate governance standards pertaining to capital raising activities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proven track record of at least 5 years in equity capital markets, investment banking, private equity, or a similar role within the commercial real estate sector.
- Strong network of relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals in middle east/Europe region.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of equity financing, capital markets, and investment structures within the real estate industry.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively to drive our capital raising strategy.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in equity capital markets.
