About the Team

We are the core product team responsible for building the company's fiat treasury and funds infrastructure. Our mission is to transform complex, multi-channel, multi-currency fund operations into standardized, automated, scalable system capabilities that power business growth in a safe, stable, and efficient way.

We work closely with Business, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to continuously evolve our fund systems from manual, people-driven operations into system-driven, process-controlled infrastructure, covering the full lifecycle from transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, to audit and management reporting.

About the Opportunity

As a Funds Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and evolution of the company's:

• Funds systems
• Reconciliation systems
• Settlement and clearing systems

You will redesign our fund infrastructure from the perspectives of efficiency, scalability, reliability, traceability, and auditability.

Your mission is to abstract complex fund flows, reconciliation rules, and settlement logic into reusable product capabilities and rule engines, and continuously drive automation and standardization to significantly reduce manual operations and operational risk.

You will be building a company-level funds and settlement platform that supports multi-region, multi-channel, and multi-currency operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Funds Flow & Product Design

Own the end-to-end design of fund flows, including but not limited to:

• Fiat deposits, withdrawals, and refunds
• Channel settlement and clearing cycles
• Fund mapping between internal ledger, channel statements, and clearing accounts

Abstract complex, fragmented, experience-driven fund logic into:

• Standardized workflows
• Rule-based engines
• Configurable and reusable product capabilities

Reconciliation & Settlement Product Capabilities

Design and build the company-level reconciliation product system, covering:

• Internal system vs channel reconciliation
• Transaction reconciliation / fund reconciliation / balance reconciliation

Design and implement:

• Reconciliation state machines and lifecycle management
• Exception detection, classification, and routing workflows
• SLA management and operational tracking

Continuously drive:

• Higher auto-reconciliation rate
• Lower manual intervention ratio
• Shorter reconciliation and settlement cycles

Support:

• Monthly closing
• Audit requirements
• Management-level fund visibility and reporting

System Building & Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, Business, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive the design and continuous evolution of fund-related systems

Balance:

• Compliance requirements
• Risk control
• System efficiency
• Architecture scalability

Continuously improve the system:

• Stability
• Traceability
• Auditability
• Explainability

Automation & Efficiency (Key Focus)

With scalable operations as the core goal, continuously drive:

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

Experience

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in:

• Funds / Payments / Settlement / Clearing / Reconciliation
• Or exchanges, fintech, or financial infrastructure products

Experience in large enterprises, financial institutions, payment companies, or fintech platforms is a strong plus

Solid system-level understanding of:

• Fund flows
• Settlement logic
• Reconciliation mechanisms
• Fund lifecycle management

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of fiat funds, payment, and clearing systems, with a full lifecycle view of fund movement

Ability to independently:

• Perform complex requirement analysis
• Design system solutions
• Drive cross-functional execution

Strong data capability:

• Able to use SQL for data analysis
• Make data-driven products and process decisions
• Strong abstraction skills:
• Able to turn people-driven operations into system + rules + automation

Nice to Have

Experience in:

• Crypto exchanges
• Payment institutions
• Clearing / settlement platforms
• Funds or finance middle platforms

Experience building:

• Reconciliation systems
• Settlement systems
• Funds / finance middle platforms from 0 to 1 or leading major refactors
• Familiar with audit, internal control, and fund compliance frameworks
