Funds Senior Associate Solicitor - Global Law Firm - Dubai

Funds Senior Associate sought to join an Offshore law firm in Dubai.

We are currently recruiting for a role that focuses on advising hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors, and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance, and ongoing operation of Cayman Islandsdomiciled investment funds.

The position also involves advising on the setup of venture capital structures and other Cayman-based funding vehicles.

It is a good opportunity to work closely with a lead partner in a small team in fast growing and busy Dubai / Middle East market.

Direct offshore law and Cayman Islands funds experience or equivalent / transferable funds / funds formation experience is sought i.e. coming from Ireland, Channel Islands, Australia etc
