The Sales Designer is responsible for preparing sketch/drawing of the product as per customer's requirements working closely with the Sales Designer Team Leaders and the Showroom Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Sales Design Operations
- Acting as a front-end salesperson at Creative Closets Showroom, interact with the customer either at showroom or home visit.
- Introduce the range of Creative Closets products and services to the customer.
- Fully grasp and understand customer's specific needs and prepare preliminary sketches/drawings of the required product or solution in line with customer's brief.
- Conduct site measurements to come up with accurate design specifications in line customer's requirement.
- Convert hand-made sketches/drawings into preliminary design with the help of IMO designers through selection of various items from the IMOS digital catalogue/library and share with the customer.
- Obtain customer's approval on design and process customer's payment as per the received orders.
- Send the final drawing to the draftsmen for the preparation of 3D models in the system.
- Ensure that the customer experience is positive during the entire sales cycle.
- Assist the Sales Design Team Leader in successfully translating and converting customer needs into profitable business.
- Play a key role in achieving the targeted sales in line with the set monthly showroom sale targets.
- Actively participate in all IMOS training programs conducted by Product Development as and when planned for enhancing efficiencies and improving competence level.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the showrooms all the time.
Customer Engagement with Value Proposition
- Foster a climate of customer engagement with value proposition, establish customer satisfaction, care & engagement.
- Play a pivotal role in increasing Creative Closets customer engagement, loyalty and satisfaction through innovative, value-added and cost-effective designs/solutions and thus assisting the concerned showroom to achieve its set B2C monthly sale targets.
- Address and resolve all customer design-related needs swiftly through attention to details mindset maintaining highest standards of creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in customer engagement campaigns working closely with the Sales Design Team Leader and the Showroom Manager.
Quality Acumen
- Ensure all designs meet Creative Closets quality standards and sales designers are following the company's quality-related protocols and processes.
- Regularly review and assess the quality of designs produced by the team, identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to designers to help them develop their competence level.
- Ensure that all designs meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and innovation. Work with the customer service team to address any design-related customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
