Furniture Sales Engineer

Role Description The Furniture Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves driving sales through technical expertise, communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, offering technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The sales Engineer will work closely with both the sales and design team to deliver tailored solutions for customers. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, presenting product options and technical specifications, conducting site visits and measurements, and following up on leads and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of furniture design, materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, showroom and technical sales, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle multiple stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, email, CAD and design softwares)
• Bachelor's degree in a relative field
• Previous experience in the furniture sales industry or in interior projects in Egypt or the region is a must.
