Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Salesperson, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Furniture Salesperson will assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences, provide detailed product information, and maximize sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining the presentation of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, reaching sales goals, and assisting with processing transactions. Building lasting relationships with customers and maintaining a welcoming store environment are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge, specifically related to furniture and interior design trends
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and meeting sales targets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Solid understanding of Sales principles and techniques
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment and foster a collaborative atmosphere
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail will be a plus
• An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a focus on building customer relationships
• Previous experience in furniture sales or a related industry is advantageous
