Furniture Showroom Sales & Call Center Executive

CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors – Doha, Qatar

CASTAMO is looking for an experienced furniture salesperson to handle showroom sales, customer calls, lead follow-up, and appointment booking.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sell furniture directly to showroom customers
• Call and follow up with new leads
• Convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales
• Follow up quotations and customer requests
• Respond quickly to WhatsApp and social media enquiries
• Update CRM and customer records
• Assist with simple graphic design, moodboards, presentations, or social media posts when needed

Requirements:

• Previous furniture sales experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of sofas, dining, bedrooms, materials, fabrics, and furniture sizes
• Strong closing and customer communication skills
• Fluent Arabic and good English
• Comfortable with daily calls and lead follow-up
• Basic Canva / Photoshop / graphic design knowledge is an advantage
• Qatar experience preferred
• Must be based in Qatar

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Saturday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Sunday: Weekly Day Off
