Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Game Designer based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some remote work. The Game Designer will focus on creating engaging and innovative gameplay designs, developing game mechanics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality console and mobile games. The role involves creating immersive level designs, prototyping new features, and iterating on game systems based on user feedback and data analysis. The candidate will contribute to the overall creative vision of the studio's flagship project.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Game Design and Game Development, with a strong understanding of gameplay mechanics
• Experience in Level Design for engaging and immersive player experiences
• Knowledge of Console and Mobile Games development, including current industry trends
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and creativity
• Familiarity with prototyping and iteration within the game development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred
• Passion for gaming and the ability to create culturally resonant content
