Garden Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Foreman to oversee landscaping and garden maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising teams, maintaining greenery, and ensuring high-quality landscaping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities

● Lead and coordinate a team of gardeners and laborers

● Ensure proper planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control

● Maintain lawns, plants, trees, and landscape areas to high standards

● Monitor and maintain gardening tools and equipment

● Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site

● Report progress and issues to management

Requirements:

● 2–3 years of UAE experience in gardening/landscaping

● Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

● Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques

● Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

● Physically fit and able to work outdoors
