Job Description

  • Develop and approve tech packs and spec sheets in collaboration with design and buying teams.
  • Conduct and manage fit sessions, ensuring garments meet fit and measurement standards.
  • Provide clear feedback on samples to vendors regarding construction, finishing, and fit improvements.
  • Ensure garments comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., AQL, REACH, CPSIA).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and factories to troubleshoot production issues and ensure feasibility.
  • Review and approve fabric tests, lab reports, and wash care labels.
  • Work with the QA team to define inspection criteria and monitor bulk production quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sample comments, approvals, and development timelines.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and capability assessments as needed.
